  1. How can I apply for an apartment?
    Applying for your apartment home using our Online Application is quick, easy, convenient, and secure. Use our apartment search to select the location you are interested in, choose the apartment that suits your needs, and click "Apply Online." You will be instantly approved in minutes.
  2. What if I’m not ready to apply? What other options are there?
    If you’re not ready to apply, click “Request to Hold” to send your information to our Leasing Office and they’ll contact you shortly.
  3. What upfront fees and deposit should I expect to pay?
    We will require an application fee, an administrative fee, pet fees, and deposit. The amounts will vary depending upon if you choose a one bedroom or two bedrooms. We do not charge additional fees for service animals.
  4. Are pets permitted?
    Trillium Terrace welcomes your four-legged residents. We recognize that dogs and cats are part of your family. There is a limit of two pets per apartments and certain breed restrictions for dogs. Please contact our office for additional information.
  5. Do I have to make an appointment or do you accept walk-ins?
    We encourage appointments if you have an idea of what day and you will be stopping by, so that we can make sure someone is available to meet with you. If your schedule requires more flexibility, you may stop in any time during resident service hours and we’ll be happy to give you a tour. Please bring a Government Issued Photo ID.
  6. What time are your offices open?
    Resident service hours are Monday – Friday 10:00 – 6:00, Saturday 10:00 – 5:00 and Sunday 1:00 – 5:00. We do ask that you stop in at least 30 minutes before the office closes so we’ll have enough time to show you around.
  7. What do you look for in the application?
    We use a third-party, independent screening service, “Real Page”. They look at your credit, leasing history, and employment history to come up with a score. You don’t necessarily need perfect credit in order to be approved; one of the important considerations is any history of evictions.
  8. Is there ever a circumstance in which I can get out of my lease?
    Depending on your specific circumstances and the reason for breaking your lease, we look to our lease contract for guidance. Please discuss your concerns with someone at your community’s leasing office.
  9. How much notice must I give to move out?
    A sixty day written notice is required to vacate your apartment. Please refer to your lease agreement or contract the leasing office for assistance.
  10. How long is the term of the lease?
    We offer a variety of lease terms, and the prices vary based on the length of the lease. Please talk with the team at the community for additional options.
  11. What is the renters’ insurance policy?
    Our apartment communities do require renters’ insurance for the protection of our residents and their belongings. Please speak with your leasing consultant for more information.
  12. If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?

  13. When is my rent payment due and what day of month am I liable for a late charge(s)?
    Rent is due on the first day of the month; we offer you a grace period through the 3rd day. Late fees are accessed to any account on the 4th day of the month. Late charges will accrue through the 15th day of the month.
  14. What forms of payment can I use to pay my rent?
    For your convenience, use the on-line payment option at You may set up auto-pay through your bank, echeck, credit or debit cards.
  15. There is a person(s) who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
    Depending upon the length of the stay, all occupants will need to be listed on your lease agreement, even if they are only partial-year residents. For those persons over the age of 18, a background check must be performed.
  16. Do you have reserved parking?
    One of the great things about living at Trillium Terrace is that once you are parked you have access to Capital Metro and can walk to almost anything. Please contact our office to discuss reserve and guest availability.
